Product Description
Russian fire hose couplings are fittings used to fire hoses and other firefighting equipment They are designed to ensure a secure and reliable connection between different components of fire hose system. The Russian fire coupling adopts symmetrical trapezoidal threads. This is visually similar to the threads of German/European couplings, but the key dimensions (such as pitch and diameter) are completely different, so they must never be mixed. When connecting, by rotating the male and female heads, the end face of the male head is tightly pressed into the rubber gasket inside the female head, thereby achieving sealing. This is a design that combines the reliability of threaded connections with the efficiency of gasket seals. All Russian couplings are right-handed threads.
